How To Order and Pay.
You can either send an email to mel@melodydesigns.com
with your order, or phone me (Melody) on 0419 940 119. (please note
I am in WA so East Coast’ers, please remember the time difference,
I don’t function well at 5am….)
In your order you need to advise me a few things;
Style and colours of
the browband you want.
· Put the number in from the photo gallery if you are ordering
the exact same one.
· Or you can say ‘please make me something like number
17 in the deluxe range, but in royal blue and purple.
· Or you can just say the style and colours and I will design
something (eg ‘a purple and yellow superbling style browband’)
Size of the browband
Please do NOT guess the size of your browband. Use this page to
confirm you are measuring your browband correctly and give the sizes
according to this chart.

Details of any other
items you want.
· stocks, bib vests and ties come in 2 sizes, ‘adults’
and ‘kids’
· quarter sheets I need your horse’s rug size

· Full name

When you want your
order by if you are in a hurry.
Normal turnaround time is 2 week plus postage time (usually around
a week, but please understand I cannot control Australia Post and
how long they take).
NOTE: If you are in a hurry and need it in
a shorter time, that’s absolutely fine. You will be charged
an additional $25 ‘urgent’ fee and pay $11.50 for express
post.
How to pay and how much to pay?
All items on this website have prices next to
them, so you should be able to work out what price your order is
going to be if you are ordering a few things.
Postage prices are generally as follows;
Items under 500grams (for example,
1 browband, 2 browbands, a flyveil, a rope halter, a show set including
a browband, a stock or bib vest) $8.50
for general registered mail (traceable and insured). $11.50
for express post.
Larger/heavier items and orders
(eg browband storage bags, quarter sheets, webbing name halters,
flyboot packs, etc) are generally $15
for general registered mail. Please ask for a price on express
mail for larger items as it can vary greatly depending on exact
weight.

If you go to www.paypal.com.au
it is quite easy to set up an account although it can take a day
or so to activate it. You can then go to the ‘send money’
tab on the main menu and put my email address in and the amount
you want to pay and send the money that way.
You can use paypal to access
money from your bank account, or your credit card, so if you wish
to pay for your order by credit card, paypal is the option to go
for.

Please note orders are not progressed until personal cheques are
cleared.
